Paracetamol  also known as  Acetaminophen  is used to treat  fever and mild to moderate pain, for example back-ache , head-ache, muscle strains, tooth-ache.it is OTC (over the counter) medicine. Dehydration - loss of fluids(water)

Dehydration means , when your body doesn't have as much water ,as it needs. Without enough  water, your body can't function properly. You can have mild, moderate, or severe Dehydration depending on how much fluid is missing from your body. Dehydration can happen quickly in the summer heat. Be sure that you carry  water whenever you will be in the heat for a long time. Don't forget about children too – they may not ask for water. Be sure to take frequent water breaks during the kids' summer activities. Causes It’s normal to lose water from your body every day by sweating, peeing etc. Usually you replace the loss of water  by drinking fluids and eating foods/fruits that contain water.
